Asmayevs ' apartment house

Now this building is an architectural monument, it was built at the end of the 19th century. In plan, the building has the shape of a rectangle, three-storied, with a basement and a pitched roof. The facades are decorated with a variety of brick styles typical of the neo-Russian eclecticism. The facades along the avenue and alleys form a single rhythmic composition. In the center of each facade and the corner part of the house are highlighted with brackets. The architectural and artistic appearance of the house highlights the blades of the first floor with convex rustications, decorative window sills and floor-to-floor belts, horizontal rows of widths in the walls of the upper floors, the decoration of the windows of the third or fourth floor with decorative lintels and tents, as well as pyramidal roosts above the windows of the second level.
