Detailed description
Mikhail and Fyodor Dutikov's apartment building is located in Rostov-on-Don on Budennovsky Prospekt. The building is a five-storey house, built in 1913 by the famous architect Leonid Fedorovich Eberg specifically for the Dutikov brothers. The apartment building is made using the decor typical of the neoclassical trend of the Art Nouveau style. The brothers were awarded the title of Suppliers of the Court of His Imperial Majesty, valued much higher than the title of nobility. Currently, various commercial organizations are located in the renovated building. You can also visit the apartment buildings of K. H. Bakhchisaraytseva, P.V. Khakhladzheva, U.A. Asmaeva, S.S. Netsvailenko, E. P. Lyakhmayer and the Old Believers Cathedral of the Intercession of Ilyinsky, which are located next to the Dutikov brothers Apartment Building.
