Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. The reception is located on the 4th floor. Upon check-in after 06:00 PM, guests need to contact the hotel to confirm the reservation. If guests need a visa to enter the country, the hotel will in most cases provide guests with the necessary documents to receive it. For these services, an additional fee may apply, even if the reservation is subsequently canceled. All arrangements are made exclusively between you and the hotel. The fee for an extra bed is indicated per night. A security deposit is required. The cost of parking per day — RUB 1500.00. Children under the age of 12 are accommodated free of charge, provided they are placed in the same room with their parents or guardians without providing an extra bed, breakfast is paid additionally RUB 1500.00 per day. For children up to 12 years 50% discount, up to 6 years breakfast is free. In the rooms of the small Smart category a bed is 1,5 m wide.
