Detailed description
The Art Nouveau building was built between 1909 and 1912. The front facade of the house is of interest. The central part has a massive semicircular bay window, the passage to the courtyard is crowned with a mascaron resembling a lion's head, and a tower with a spire-shaped top is located on the roof. Today, the tower can be seen restored after a major fire in 2018.
