The apartment house of the brothers M.P. and N.P. Armenian
Detailed description
At the intersection of Granatny Lane and Spiridonovka Street stands an architectural house, named "iron" because of its shape. The "real" house dates back to 1902, as it was built in two stages. In 1899, a house was built on Granatny Lane, designed by architect GA Kaiser. The houses along Spiridonovka were added in 1902 according to the design of architect V. A. Velichkin. The owners were the brothers Mikhail and Nikolai Armyansky. The house acquired its current appearance in the 30s of the 20th century, then became "fashionable" and was added with additional floors on all sides.
