Detailed description
The building was built in 1929-1933. The huge seven-storey building vividly reflects the era of constructivism, it was conceived as a management center for the industrial sectors of the vast Middle Volga region. The original design of the house was even larger, but during construction it became clear that the building could be unsafe. The building has a through passage to the courtyard, and the facade is decorated with bas-reliefs. The building is empty now.
