I.V. Chernov's apartment house

The apartment building was built in the early 20th century in the fashionable neoclassical Art Nouveau style for I.V. Chernov. The rich decoration of the facade attracts architecture lovers with its well-preserved condition. A three-storey building where the ground floor was uninhabited and given over to commercial premises. Inside the building, you can also find the original stucco, preserved from the time the house was built. The historic balconies are lost. After the revolution, the building was nationalized.
