Residential house of A.F. Geesbergen
Detailed description
More than 130 years ago, the three-storey house No. 3 on Chekhov Avenue was built, erected by a Belgian merchant who moved to Rostov. The house was inhabited by several foreign families, but they emigrated over time and the building was renovated. Of the 15 apartments located in building No. 3a, one is located separately in building "b", which was a former stable. The residents of this house have collected "alarming suitcases", as they fear that the ancient wooden floors may collapse. Rostov residents like to do photo shoots on the porch of this house.
