Apartment house of M.M. Yakushchenko

The former apartment building was built by order of M.M. Yakushchenko in the early 20th century. It is an example of Art Nouveau architecture typical of that time. History has not preserved the names of its creators. For more than a hundred years, the house has suffered serious damage. After the renovation, the appearance has changed dramatically. But the main features of Art Nouveau remained in the design of this four-story brick building, the shape of the roof and the framing of its windows.
