Timrot House, 1870
Detailed description
The house is located within walking distance from Alekseevsky Square. It was built in the early 20th century on the territory of the city estate in 1870 and is a stone building with stucco decoration and a front entrance with an attic above it. The facade of the house is asymmetrical. The corner of the building is decorated with a bay window topped with a helmet-shaped dome. It belonged to Egor Alexandrovich Timrot, a public figure, sworn attorney, and a member of the City Duma.
