Courthouse

The Samara District Court was opened in 1870. Both civil and criminal cases were considered here. It was also a place of cultural leisure. The building was renovated in 1903. According to Zasukhin's project, the district court building on Zavodskaya (Venetsianskaya) Street was expanded by adding new rooms and offices. Two plaster sculptures of owls can be seen in the decor.
