Detailed description
The house was built in the late 19th century by an unknown architect in the eclectic style. The owner of the mansion was a merchant of the first guild, the owner of the trading house "Boberman and sons" Moses Lazarevich Boberman. The three-storey stone house was used as a profitable one: there were shops on the ground floor, apartments on the upper floors were rented out. The house is plastered and painted blue, the facade decor is highlighted in white. The facade is decorated with a frieze with a paneled pattern and geometric ornaments, wide rusticated pilasters. Since 1902, the building has been leased by the Azov-Don Commercial Bank.
