Detailed description
The house of the merchant Shabaev, built in 1874. The merchant had been renting apartments since 1878. The house has remained in good condition since then. Now it is an architectural monument built in the style of late classicism. The floors of the building are separated by a decorative border, and there is a unique bas-relief above the roof. There are sandriks above the windows.
