Observation deck

The observation deck is located next to Glory Square. There are a large number of monuments on the square. The observation area offers a panorama of the Volga beauty and there is a descent to the river with a large number of fountains. In the evening, the fountains are illuminated, which creates a particularly romantic atmosphere.
