Remains of the Sarmatian settlement

Archaeological excavations carried out on the territory of Bald mountain proved that the ancient monastery of the Sarmatians was located here. Presumably they lived here in the fourth century BC. The Sarmatians are an ancient nomadic people, dominated by matriarchy. The women did all the work that the men did.
