The mansion of merchant Vasily Mikhailovich Suroshnikov

The mansion of merchant Vasily Mikhailovich Suroshnikov is located near the mansion of Neronov-Shikhobalov. The building was built in 1910-1914. It is a two-storey yellow-blue brick building with balconies and a superstructure over the corner of the building. The facade is decorated with stucco and arched windows. In 2017, during the restoration, workers partially destroyed the facade tiles. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
