Detailed description
The building with columns on the corner of Alexei Tolstoy and Pionerskaya is known to residents of Samara by two names: The House of the Noble Assembly and the residence of Aristarkh Putilov. Along Alexei Tolstoy Street, the house has two floors, but from the courtyard side, three floors (four) are visible from behind the basement of the house, excluding basements. Similar to the double name, the building has two facades of different storeys. The building was built in 1851-1853 according to the project of the chief architect of the city, A.I. Minser Meisner, for the Samara landowner Petilov, who at that time was chairman of the local Chamber of Gentlemen, accepted Meisner because of the Samara region.
