Tsarevich Embankment

Vladivostok Tsesarevich Embankment was opened in early October 2012. The embankment is 640 meters long. The Tsarevich personally supervised the installation of the memorial plaque, personally lowered it onto the foundation and filled it with cement mortar. Tiles are laid on the embankment.
