The office building of the Novo-Sukharevsky market was built in 1925-1930 according to the project of K. Melnikov. The brick office of the Novo-Sukharevsky market was the only building on the market territory that was not built of wood. The building had a complex shape and a multi-level layout, and it had staff quarters. The facades of the building were decorated with creative decorations by craftsmen.
