Detailed description

The house was built in 1810, and it was the main house of a small urban estate. The ground floor showed that it was built of stone, and the mezzanine was made of wood. In 1860, the house acquired the status of an apartment building. During the period when the house was owned by the peasant A.I. Ivanov, the building was reconstructed, a second wooden floor and a gallery were added. According to Yemelyanov, the mansion, which has been recognized as an object of cultural heritage of regional importance, is under state protection. In this case, it is forbidden to violate its historical appearance, and all restoration and repair work must be coordinated with the city Department of Cultural Heritage.
