Electrotheater Forum
Detailed description
The architectural structure was built in 1914, according to the design of the Russian architect Fyodor Nikitich Kolbe. The building is made in the neoclassical style. The Forum was a popular, well-known cultural center in Moscow: the hall could accommodate up to 800 spectators, and there was also a bohemian restaurant. The architecture of the building is similar to a manor house, the facade is decorated with a column of ancient Greek architectural orders and classical, antique bas-reliefs. Crystal chandeliers were installed in the foyer of the cinema hall. It is worth noting that partial fragments of the author's decor have survived to this day.
