Topleninovs ' House
Detailed description
The house was built in 1810 and belonged to the family of master Topleninov. The architectural style was defined as "neoclassicism". The building is located near the Moskva River. The building is a two-storey building on a white stone basement. The windows are large, rectangular, and made of wood. The house is currently residential. The house is interesting because the artist V. A. Kursky, the playwright S. A. Ermolinsky and the writer M. A. Bulgakov lived in it in different years. Nearby are the Chaliapin house, the city estate of N.N. Medyntsev, the Fokin apartment building, the apartment house of P.V. Loskov, the city estate of P.D. Eropkin, the mansion of D.D. Yudichev, the Vsevolozhsk estate and the museum-estate of L. N. Tolstoy.
