I.P. Isakov's apartment house

The Isakov Apartment Building is an apartment building built in 1904-1906 by the Moscow Commercial Architectural Society designed by architect Lev Nikolaevich Kekushev. The house was built on the site of an old manor plot. In front of it stood a two-story brick house; in 1914, the joint-stock company was liquidated, and the building was bought by St. Petersburg businessman Ivan Pavlovich Isakov. He earned money by renting apartments. The apartment building has a spectacular exterior and a luxurious interior. It has the status of a cultural heritage site.
