Detailed description
The architectural object is located within walking distance of the main historical sights of the city overlooking the embankment. It was built in the period 1875-1877. The house itself is rebuilt from its predecessor, created back in the 18th century by Rastrelli for the Moldavian ruler Cantemir. It has a classic architectural manor design of the facade of the building.
