The building was built in the early 20th century in 1912-1913 according to the project of architect-technician L.V. Bogussky. The house was built by order of A. V. Eliseev and G. M. Fedorov, they were the owners. The building was built in the neoclassical style, which some cultural scientists consider to be modern. The building was five storeys high, later completed to 7 floors, the style is laconic, strict, the house is angular.
