The house of the Second St. Petersburg Partnership for the arrangement of permanent apartments

The house was built in 1913 and has its own large courtyard, surrounded by a wrought-iron fence. In terms of forms, the house is considered to be modern. The smooth lines of the semicircular bay window alternate with the trapezoidal bay window. The arched window openings of the second floor are decorated with a stucco pattern. The entrance groups are decorated with columns with pilasters in the form of a fruit basket. The building was one of the filming locations for the Soviet film "Old Friends".
