Detailed description
In the period from 1906 to 1907, the building was designed by architect Karpov. At the beginning of the 20th century, the house housed apartments of sculptors, in the middle of the 20th century the famous critic Ivanov lived, and also, presumably, V.I. Lenin lived here during the Revolution. The building is five-storeyed, stone, the facade is beautifully decorated in a simple, laconic style with stucco elements, the architectural style is modern.
