Detailed description
The house, which was built in 1910 according to the design of architect Sergei Grigorievich Giner. It was installed on the site of a wooden one-story house. Before the revolution, the Karpovka tavern was located in the house. The building is built in the Art Nouveau style. It has six floors. And one of the main corners of the house looks like a medieval tower.
