Furniture and carpentry factory of F.A. Meltzer
Detailed description
The factory building was built in 1857. The Meltzer family was one of the most important names in the history of Russian furniture art, and was a supplier of furniture to the Imperial Palace. In 1918, the factory was closed. A three-storey stone mansion and an adjoining two-storey wing, a monumental, substantial house with thick brick masonry.
