Detailed description

The plans of the sculpture workshop were executed by A.A. Gvozdievsky in 1887. The sculpture workshop was built on the site of a separate one-story wooden building. The entrance from Pesochnaya Street is framed by a gate with a caryatid. In 1894, the building was significantly expanded according to the project of F.K. Pillwitz.
