R.I. Berstein House

The mansion, located at the corner of the intersection of two streets, was built in 1911. In terms of stylistic forms, it belongs to the Northern Art Nouveau. The architect beat the corner of the house, making it beveled and crowned with a faceted roof. The two floors are decorated with slabs of rock, turning into pinkish granite, and bay windows are decorated in gray granite. Some decorative elements have been preserved in the front room: stucco panels on the ceiling and walls, paintings on stained glass windows.
