Samara Provincial Zemstvo Council

The Samara Provincial Zemstvo Council is located near the Frunze House Museum. The building was built in 1898-1900. It is a two-storey red brick building with arched windows, the cornice is decorated with stucco. During the reconstruction in 1914, the second floor was divided by an additional floor covering and a low third floor was obtained. Currently, the Samara College of Construction and Entrepreneurship is located in the building.
