Apartment house of S.F. and A.A. Pleshcheyev

The apartment building was built in 1910 by architect B.M. Nils. A respectable house with an expressive semicircular bay window protruding strongly from the wall plane, which is the main accent of the facade composition. At the corner of the building at the intersection with the lane, an undulating attic has been completed, which can be seen in the silhouette of the building. The house was completely renovated in the 1980s.
