Fly House
Detailed description
The house was built in 1991-1996. Leonid Kuderov developed an individual project and found investors himself in the person of future apartment owners. The project of the building was dedicated to the artist Alphonse Mukhe, hence the name of the house. The absence of planar ornamentation, together with stingy loophole windows, gives the building the features of Northern Art Nouveau. Today, the house remains residential. The ground floor is occupied by offices.
