The house of the cooperative Creativity

The building was built in the 20s of the 20th century. The complete reconstruction began in 1926 and ended in 1947-1948, and the building has survived to this day. The house went from being four storeys high to seven storeys high. The building was designed by architect E. Priemyshev in 1926, and in 1948 it was complemented by the facade design by architect D. D. Bulgakov.
