The mansion was built in the early 20th century. The house was designed by architect R. Meltzer. The owner of the mansion was businessman Vasily Emanuilovich Brant. The mansion is an example of the Art Nouveau architectural style. It is a two-story brick building with sloping corners and a basement. A fence is installed along the edge of the roof. There is a small balcony on the second floor. The facades are decorated with high reliefs. A high relief depicting the Archangel Michael is installed on one of the facades.
