Church of the Sovereign Icon of the Mother of God in Samara

In 2003, the first stone was laid for the construction of the Church of the Sovereign Icon of the Mother of God. The temple is two-storied, made of stone.The building is twenty-six meters high. It is a single-altar. The temple is decorated with five domes. The first floor accommodates a refectory. Inside the building there are stairs that lead to the place where the choir is located. The belfry is located on the west side. The building is built in the Byzantine style.
