The six—storey house on Tishinskaya Square is one of the first houses built in Moscow using monolithic reinforced concrete technology, and one of the first cooperative houses in the capital. As specified, the building, designed by architects P.Andreev and M.Minkus and is part of the residential buildings of the Military Builder cooperative, the Military Builder cooperative House is a historically valuable urban-forming facility. It took 4 years to build it from 1928 to 1932, at the expense of the shareholders of the First Housing and Construction Partnership. The house was admired not only for its size, but also for its interior decoration. The apartments were well illuminated by sunlight, excellent ventilation. The house is also equipped with an elevator.
