Detailed description
Built between 1875 and 1887, it includes outbuildings and a church dedicated to Alexander Nevsky. In Soviet times, the pedagogical college was located here.
In the 1990s, the building was abandoned as the college moved to a new building. The former teachers' seminary was burned down in the early 2000s and has been preserved in this form to this day.
