In the second half of the 19th century, a wooden two-story house with stone firewalls was erected on Elokhovsky Proezd Street, which still impresses with its architecture. It is decorated with luxurious stucco in the classical style, as well as an elegant bas-relief on the facade. You can see historical stucco in the interiors, and on the stairs with wrought-iron railings you can feel the atmosphere of ancient luxury. This house is recognized as an object of cultural heritage and is an excellent example of architectural development in Moscow.
