Detailed description
The five-storey building was built in 1897-1899 according to the design of the civil engineer B. A. Buzostovsky.
Between 1912 and 1913, the building underwent major changes. It was rebuilt by architect V. V. Schaub by order of the then landlord. The building is designed in an eclectic style, and the facade design successfully combines elements of Baroque and classicism. In 1940, the Svet cinema was located on the ground floor of the building and remained here until 2006.
