The apartment house of I.F. Alyushinsky

The house was built in 1911 for the honorary citizen of St. Petersburg, I. F. Alyushinsky. The architect was D. D. Ustugov. At the corner of Bolshoy Prospekt and Ordinarnaya Street, a five-story Art Nouveau building with a corner tower and an attic is one of the dominant buildings of the avenue. The interior and exterior of the building are made in the same style - using Gothic decorative elements.
