Detailed description
The residence of A. N. Chemodurov, the overseer of the provincial nobility, was built in the middle of the 19th century (1850-1860). It was probably his reconstruction of the Samara County Chancellery building, which was destroyed by fire. The one-story building with a mezzanine main plastered facade has a two-color painting highlighting the color of architectural details.
