Nikolai Nikolaevich Shemyakin was the owner of the estate located at houses No. 19 and 21 on Komsomolskaya Street (formerly Uralskaya). He owned hotels on Panskaya Street (Leningradskaya Street) and furnished rooms in the house of the Kronstadt philistine Alexander Ivanovich Vinnik (house on Kuibyshev Street, 98). In addition, he owned the Grand Hotel, which was located in the mansion of Elizabeth Subbotina from 1908 to 1917. The mansion is included in the regional register by Order of the Ministry of Culture and Youth Policy of the Samara region.

Николай Николаевич Шемякин был владельцем усадьбы, расположенной в домах № 19 и 21 на улице Комсомольской (ранее Уральская). Он владел гостиницами на Панской (ул. Ленинградская) и меблированными комнатами в доме кронштадтского мещанина Александра Ивановича Винника (дом на ул. Куйбышева, 98). Кроме того, он владел гостиницей «Грандъ-Отель», которая располагалась в особняке Елизаветы Субботиной в период с 1908 по 1917 год. Особняк включён в региональный реестр Приказом Министерства культуры и молодежной политики Самарской области.
