Residential building of S.I. Isaev
Detailed description
This house was built in the middle of the 19th century in the late classical style, using an exemplary design. The facades stand out for their simplicity of decoration, with floor-by-floor division through plaster rods and a three-part entablature at the top. The window openings are overlaid with platbands and rectangular sandricks on the second floor and keystones on the ground floor. Some decorative elements, such as the frieze architrave on the western facade and the window sills on the southern facade, were lost. The house has two floors and a basement, rectangular shape with a four-pitched roof, and is covered with plaster. At the beginning of the twentieth century, it belonged to S. I. Isaev. This house is a monument of classical civil architecture of the 19th century and one of the oldest buildings on the main street of the city, which reflects the stylistic diversity of historical buildings.
