Detailed description
This Soviet building, erected in the late 1920s and early 1930s, is an object of avant-garde construction and was intended for members of the People's Commissariat of Finance of the USSR. It was recognized as an emergency several times and after restoration work in 2017-2020 it is used as an elite residential complex.
