House-Museum of F.I. Chaliapin
Detailed description
The house was built in 1970 and belonged to Fyodor Chaliapin. The architectural style was defined as "European". The building is a one-storey building on the facade side with a two-storey inner wing. The building is crowned with a green roof with carved chimneys and stucco. Decorative vases are mounted on the pillars of the cast-iron gates. The building currently houses a museum. The building is interesting because it was visited by: Sergei Rachmaninov, Maxim Gorky, Ivan Bunin, Valentin Serov and Konstantin Stanislavsky. It is located near a high-rise building on Kudrinskaya Square, the Moscow Zoo and the house of I. S. Ostroukhov.
