The building was built in 1912. Until now, the building has almost completely retained its original appearance, with the exception of the domed spire. The peak was destroyed in a fire in the early 1980s. The latest engineering solutions were used inside the building at that time. Central sewerage, water supply, vacuum cleaner, elevator and boiler. Stucco ceilings, stained glass windows, tiled stoves and fireplaces complete the expressive interior. The apartments at the house were rented out.
