Apartment house and baths of E.P. Pavlov

The "Apartment House and baths" by E.P. Pavlov are located on Moskovsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg and were built in 1890-1891. They were popularly called "Zabalkanskie" because they were located in Zabalkan Lane (later Moskovsky Prospekt). The second name of the building is "Red Baths", based on the color of the brick used in the decoration of the walls. There was also a third name, Pavlovsky Baths, based on the name of the building's owner.
