The apartment house of 1913
Detailed description
Among the houses on Bronnitskaya Street, house number 26 is noteworthy. The building was erected in 1913. The building is decorated with a modest, "graphic" decor. It is strongly "divided into blocks" by seams running along the pattern. This technique was first used in St. Petersburg architecture by F. I. Lidval. The layout of the staircases is quite unusual. Only on the ground floor, the doors to the apartments are located on the sides, as is customary. On the other floors, both doors are located close to each other, opposite the stairs.:
